The Klein Tools Et45VP GFCI Outlet and Ac/DC Voltage Electrical Test Kit is a versatile and reliable tool for testing AC and DC voltages. It can test AC voltages from 24 to 240V AC at four different levels, as well as DC voltages from 32 to 330V at four levels. The voltage tester is powered by the applied voltage, so no batteries are required. It has a built-in test lead holder that can hold the leads in two different positions, making it convenient for testing tamper-resistant US-style outlets and for storing the test leads. The voltage tester is rated CATIII 350V Class 2 Double insulation and has IP44 ingress protection. Additionally, the kit includes a receptacle tester that can detect the most common wiring problems in standard and GFCI receptacles. It works on GFI outlets and confirms the operation of the ground fault protective device. The nominal voltage of the receptacle tester is 110/125V AC at 50/60Hz in a 3-wire outlet.
