This easy to use Maple Tapping kit uses durable PVC sap sack holders along with tough polycarbonate tree taps (spiles). Included is our “Quick Start Guide to Maple Tapping and Syrup Making” booklet. This type of sack holder is completely enclosed except for the keyhole that slips over the tap. This kit uses the double cable tie (bag tie) method for a cleaner appearance, and to reduce the chance a bag could slip off the holder. Bags measure 12.5″ x 24″ x 5 mils thick and hold 3 gallons of sap. Remove cap and contents can be poured into a holding container.
