Also, it has been tested by NSF International against Standard 42 for the reduction of chlorine taste and odor and particulates and Standard 53 for the reduction of lead, cysts and other chemicals and impurities. Capable of filtering 200 gallons of water, the LT800P requires no tools for installation and replaces water filters in a variety of LG refrigerators.
