It’s a win-win as Griot’s exclusive heat management system with vertical and horizontal cooling ports delivers smoother operation, longer pad life, and better results. The plate features high-density urethane foam with chambered edges for flexibility and improved contouring around body panels. It also has rotational speed markings for optimum pad speed control. Note: Fits Griot’s Garage 3″ Random Orbital (item # 10739), the G8 (item # 10908), and certain random orbital/dual-action tools that accept a 5/16″ – 24 threaded shaft. Is not compatible with the 1st generation 3″ Random Orbital (item # 10685).
