These bits cut tight-fitting cope and stick joints for Shaker style door frames. Pair the door frame with a flat 1/4″ panel, or utilize our 3-pc. Shaker Raised Panel router bit set (40432, sold separately), which features a matching bevel. Bearing-guided to prevent dips and ensure a perfect fit. Sturdy 1/2″ shanks and precision balancing ensure stability while routing, while the high-grade carbide provides a long cutting life. Using a piece of your stock as a reference, adjust the router bit set cutting height until you achieve the desired profile. Position the fence so that it aligns with the bearing guide on the router bit and lock it down.
